I can not tell you how thankful I am that you all treated my Orientals. With 3 cats & 1 dog, it's a challenge. But with the "pet" treatment you all applied, they come clean and the stains disappear. Thank you so much. I tell everyone about Hadeed.

For many years, I have been one of your customers and have enjoyed excellent service from your company. My latest experience was absolutely brilliant and over the top! I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your delivery men, Elmer and Rafael.

Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue on Sunday, 31 July 2022 when I discovered an attic contractor dislodged the PVC line from the AC unit which is located in the attic. As a result, substantial water damage and leaks in the attic caused the dining room ceiling to collapse. My hand-made silk oriental rug sustained a significant amount of water damage.

First thing Monday morning, 1 Aug 22, I contacted Hadeed Carpet. I was politely told that the first opportunity to pick up the carpet was the next day. Pick up time for the next day was scheduled. However, within an hour, I received a call from Elmer saying he heard about our water damage and would come to our house within an hour. What fabulous customer service!

Elmer and Rafael picked up my rug and were very professional, friendly, and thoughtful. Today they delivered the cleaned carpet and offered to roll it out and place it in the dining room. This is what I call "old fashion customer service". The kind of service I have learned to expect from Hadeed Carpet.

Elmer and Rafael are wonderful Ambassadors for Hadeed Carpet. I am so thankful that they went the extra mile to help me during this emergency. Please pass on my gratitude for them.

Just had 3 oriental carpets cleaned by Hadeed. They have been placed in long term storage so I haven’t see what they look like. However, I can attest to Hadeed’s excellent service and communication. Mark was a pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to my questions, explained everything, and gave me a fair deal. The rugs were double wrapped with cedar chips for long term storage and pickup and delivery went smoothly. Glad I went with Hadeed.

Hadeed has cleaned my rugs for years! This time we needed them cleaned and packed for storage. Once again they have done a Superior Job!

Hadeed cleaned 7 Oriental rugs for us. One had a fresh coffee stain and there is no sign of a stain now. The rugs look like new! We also purchased new pads from Hadeed for each rug. This was the first time we have used Joe Hadeed for our wall to wall rug cleaning. Arthur was extremely professional and competent and did an excellent job. We had used prior on our area rugs that have been picked up and have always been satisfied with the cleaning and professionalism. We used Hadeed for the first time about a month ago for in-plant cleaning of a large oriental rug, and in-home wall-to-wall carpet and dining room chair fabric cleaning. All work was performed flawlessly and we were extremely pleased with the results. All Hadeed personnel were extremely knowledgeable regarding the cleaning processes they employed.

Hadeed did a beautiful job of cleaning two large rugs and getting large orange (pet throw up) stains out of them by color matching the fibers. The rugs look like they are brand new They are 30+ years old! They also cleaned and repaired another rug that was 40 years old by removing the worn-out fringe and surging the edges so it would not unravel. The rugs were Scothguard-ed to prevent future stains and it works well. I am very impressed and will use them again in the future.

Our Bokara had worn edges and fringe caught by vacuum cleaner in several places. Hadeed cleaned, sanitized, repaired and replace fringe completely. When they returned it, it looked like it had just come off the loom. Fabulous job and reasonable too!

Hadeed surpassed our expectations with our first rug and we sent two more back to them. The rugs looked almost new and I was impressed that they sent pictures of the rugs after the cleaning process. I decided to have my rug cleaned while having my hardwood floors replaced. The rug was approximately 50 years old showing its age but still very nice. I dropped the rug off at Hadeed’s to see what it would cost to clean. The gentleman who received the rug provided a detailed estimate for cleaning at a very reasonable price. One week later I received photos of the cleaned rug for my review. I picked up the rug and was amazed when I put it back on the floor. The rug appeared to be new! I was impressed by the professional and courteous service as well as the outstanding technical cleaning of the rug. So impressed that I brought two other rugs in for cleaning. I will always use Hadeed’s for any rug cleaning needs I have and highly recommend them.

I called JoeHadeed to schedule an appointment to perform Rug Cleaning and spoke to Customer Service representative Bianca. Bianca was accommodating in explaining how the process works, right from the estimation inspection to cleaning and picking up the Rugs from home and home delivers them back to you. In addition to rug cleaning, Bianca enthusiastically explained regarding JoeHadeed's expertise in cleaning. It is something that I did know about it. Bianca helped me in scheduled an appointment immediately. The technicians arrived on the given date and promptly on time to inspect and provide an estimation. Daniel was a fantastic person, and he had explained the process of cleaning and how safe the materials they use to clean the carpets, upholstery, and rugs. The technicians from JoeHadeed's were very professional.

The technicians explained the Rug cleaning process and said I could expect a call regarding the Rug's conditions and any repair needed in about three business days. I hoped that I would probably receive a call in a week timeframe. To my surprise, I received a phone call and an email (photo of the Rug's attached) regarding the conditions of the Rug from Jessica. Jessica is working on the Rug's department, and it looks like she is an expert at JoeHadeed. By looking at the Rug, she determined the Rug's value and the sentiments attached to it. Jessica explained the Rug's repair process, the cost it would take, and how to maintain it for longer life. Thank you, Jessica, for restoring the Rug's beauty and personalized attention in expediting my repair request.

As I was moving my family to the new house, Jessica realized that I might need the Rug's sooner, and she helped place the expedited order for Repair with a red tag on it. Again to my surprise, I received a phone call from Yanni Zarco from JoeHadeed's office stating that my Rug is ready to be delivered and checked with me regarding any need for padding's for the Rug's. The delivery personnel were at my home promptly on the given timeframe and relayed the Rug's

During the whole process, your team communicated through phone calls and email messages. Your operation is running like a well-oiled machine, with timely attention and very knowledge of the process. I would highly recommend JoeHadeed to anyone.

I have been using Hadeed Carpet Cleaning for over 20 years! Excellent service every time!

These guys are awesome! I had 4 hand-knotted Persian rugs in a storage unit for 4 years. Made an appointment, they came (really quickly, like the next day or so) to inspect, measure and take back to their facility for cleaning.

Process took less time than they had indicated (thank you!) and the rugs came back beautifully clean and pristine! I opted not to do any repairs, since the rugs have no sentimental value and I could position any defect under furniture, etc.

Hadeed staff were communicative through the entire process (again, thank you!) and the guys who picked up and delivered were great!

This is the best carpet cleaning service I’ve ever experienced! How did came just a few days after I called. They collected all of my carpets and took them in to the plant for cleaning. I have very recently had them cleaned by another service and they had the same spots when they finished cleaning them. When Hadeed cleaned them, they came back with no spots and with a fresh scent. I know I will never call anybody else after such excellent service.
